Disasters and Damage Assessment

In order to fill out these forms, you must first select the option to download them to your device. After you have filled out a form, it can then be emailed to Oxford County EMA at EMA@oxfordcounty.org

This form is used to report damages to Public Property such as roads and culverts owned and maintained by the town. 

This form is used to report damages to Privately owned Property.
